CatalogIntegrator™ Cart Support

CatalogIntegrator™ Cart (Full and Enterprise versions) come with extensive documentation, supplemented by free phone and email tech support.

Should it become necessary to contact your webhost on your behalf, provide numerous email replies, or fix any altered cart ASP pages - we must request that you purchase a support incident.

   Support Incident $50    
We will work with you to resolve each support incident on a per incident basis, (ie... per error message, setting up your state tax percentage, altering billing rates, etc...).

If your creating new search scripts or altering ASP/PHP code you will need to open a custom programming ticket. Custom programming is available at $60 an hour or through pre-written bids normally arranged via email.

Additional support options may be purchased below:

   Shopping Cart Setup Fee (On Your Server or Ours) $400  
This is an optional setup fee, which saves you the time involved in setting up the shopping cart. Customization of product pages is not included. For you do-it-yourselfers, skip this option. Full setup documentation is provided with each cart purchase.

  Select a Credit Card Gateway Interface for the Cart, $200
                  


Pre-written credit cart interfaces for CatalogIntegrator Full or Pro cart versions.
Only one interface page is required to process orders, in real-time, from buyers
using credit cards and/or eChecks through CatalogIntegrator.


  Intershipper Shipping Carrier rating module, $300
                  

Intershipper is easy to add to your existing web site if you have cart version 7.00
or newer. If not, we can assist you for an additional small integration fee.

   Upgrade to the Full Cart version from the Lite Cart, $275
(Does not include upgrading from the Freeware Cart)
Upgrade to the Full Cart version at any time for a discount.
(This is a $30 dallor savings!)
